[dnsext] Significant typo (I hope) in draft-ietf-dnsext-dnssec-registry-fixes-00

Section 2.1 of draft-ietf-dnsext-dnssec-registry-fixes-00 says:

                                         v
|  The description for allocation number 8 is changed to "Reserved until
|  2020".

It should say:
                                         v
|  The description for allocation number 4 is changed to "Reserved until
|  2020".


Section 3 of the draft says:
                                 v
|  The description of allocation 8 is changed from "Reserved for ECC" to
|  "Reserved until 2020".

It should say:
                                 v
|  The description of allocation 4 is changed from "Reserved for ECC" to
|  "Reserved until 2020".


Rationale for both:
-  number 8 has just been assigned by IANA to RSA/SHA-256 for
   "RFC-ietf-dnsext-dnssec-rsasha256-14" ;
-  cf. Section 2.2.
