Ed, if you're going to clean out the RR type code stable, how about  
declaring all codes that don't have documentation as dead or retired?  
Presumably if someone is still using such codes they would scream  
about their impending termination. And if that was to happen, they  
could then become the stuckees who eat their own dog food and  
document those type codes.
Perhaps this is being naive.
