LLMNR Issue 52: Miscellaneous NITs (Part 1)

I agree with all of the fixes made in response to issues 53.

There doesn't seem to be an explicit response or change to this comment in
issue 53:

  Section 4, fifth paragraph: I think the host should perform the
  uniqueness test when the interface is connected to a link (in
  addition to the other events in the bullet list).
