The discussion on the issues has died a quiet death. Review of those
by the list would be aprreciated. 

The issues will need to be addressed by the editor. The editor (Ed
Lewis) needs to do this in spare time and he does not have much of
that lately. Volunteers to help with finishing this document please
contact Ed and the chairs. We would like to get progress on this
document.
