	Yes. I'd have the sentence and a reference to 2065 and the
	appropriate section as I feel the linkage should be there.

"Cannonical wire format is uncompressed with all letters converted to lower
case as per RFC 2065 Section XXXX."  

	I'm glad you finally heard what I was trying to say.
