Strange (incorrect) Non-Authoritative Answers

Hello everyone, have a strange (at least to me) problem with a
lookup, and was hoping for some answers from someone. An address
modification that we made weeks ago has not propigated much,
non-authoritative servers seem to pull the address from a cache that is
several weeks old. Since the change I have not propigated any address
except the new one. Both of our nameservers serve up the proper IP when
asked, and several others have gotten the new address, but not everyone.

Things I have done:
Thought it was a serial number problem so I upped the serial number to
something higher than anything I have created (I use "year month day mod #)
to no avail.
Gone over the db. files again and again for syntax errors to no avail.

Vital addresses and such.
ns1.maslink.com [primary NS server, Alpha running BIND 4.9.2] 206.24.28.2
ns2.maslink.com [secondary NS server, Sparc 20 running BIND 4.9.2] 206.24.29.2

The address I am having problems with is:
www.soho.net [206.24.28.2] showing up with it's old address [204.213.68.211]

If anyone can offer any help as trivial as it may seem I would appreciate it.

-Dave
