We are in synch completely.  I think if we can get Perry and there was
a provider at Stockholm (behind Perry at the Plenary) who seconded
Perry's issues with trying to get at all the hard coded addresses to
help document this it would be great.

I really think that resolvers that rely on anything but query, recent
cache, and files from network setup (via DHCP or NIS or DCE et al) is
bogus too.

I just looked again at mine and it don't.
